Les applications sont nombreuses, mais dans cet article, nous nous concentrerons sur la <strong data-start=\"551\" data-end=\"617\">d\u00e9tection des d\u00e9fauts sur les surfaces des bobines m\u00e9talliques<\/strong>, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e essentiellement \u00e0 l\u2019aide de <strong data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"700\">cam\u00e9ras lin\u00e9aires de vision artificielle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"708\" data-end=\"770\"><strong data-start=\"712\" data-end=\"770\">Le point de d\u00e9part : un processus complexe et exigeant<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"772\" data-end=\"1115\">Dans l\u2019industrie m\u00e9tallurgique, <strong data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"869\">le traitement d\u2019un grand volume de bobines en un temps r\u00e9duit<\/strong> est une exigence cl\u00e9. Ce travail, en plus d\u2019\u00eatre <strong data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1067\">r\u00e9p\u00e9titif et fatigant<\/strong>, exposait les r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 <strong data-start=\"1094\" data-end=\"1114\">l\u2019erreur humaine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1117\" data-end=\"1397\">Des facteurs comme la <strong data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1150\">fatigue<\/strong>, l\u2019<strong data-start=\"1154\" data-end=\"1173\">\u00e9tat \u00e9motionnel<\/strong> de l\u2019inspecteur, ou encore les <strong data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1237\">conditions environnementales<\/strong> pouvaient nuire \u00e0 la fiabilit\u00e9 du contr\u00f4le. Sans oublier la difficult\u00e9, pour l\u2019\u0153il humain, de d\u00e9tecter certains d\u00e9fauts \u00e0 une <strong data-start=\"1364\" data-end=\"1396\">vitesse de production \u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1563\">C\u2019est dans ce contexte que les <strong data-start=\"1430\" data-end=\"1478\">syst\u00e8mes de vision artificielle industrielle<\/strong> se sont impos\u00e9s comme une solution efficace.
