The Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities has renewed AIS Vision Systems’ Innovative SME Seal for a further three years, through 7 July 2029. It is a recognition of our continuous R&D and innovation work in machine vision.
AIS Vision Systems has obtained the renewal of the Innovative SME Seal, the official mark awarded by the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities to small and medium-sized companies that stand out for their research, development and innovation activity. The new term runs from 8 July 2026 to 7 July 2029, continuing the seal we first obtained in 2023.
Recognition of constant innovation
To obtain the seal, companies have to demonstrate their innovative character to the Ministry. Those that succeed are entered in the Register of Innovative SMEs. Renewing it confirms that innovation is not a one-off at AIS, but part of the way we work.
From Sabadell we develop custom machine vision systems for Industry 4.0 that automate quality control and make our customers’ production processes more efficient. Projects such as AIS REV — a 360° inspection solution based on deep learning for the quality control of cylindrical containers — are an example of this commitment to R&D.
