AIS HOPPER – 360° Cap Inspection System
The AIS Hopper is an advanced cap inspection system using high-resolution cameras to perform a full 360° control, processing up to 5 products per second. It detects defects such as tamper-evident cap presence, incorrect batch marking or improper cap positioning, automatically rejecting any out-of-spec unit.
